We first contacted Maxine to check out a house in the French River area, we were coming from Hamilton ON. She met us at the exit along the highway, someplace easy for us to find her, and she showed us a house we were interested in. She answered all our questions and if she didn’t know the answer she made sure she found out and followed up with us. She was very knowledge about the area, the resources, and the community. My husband and I decided we wanted to look at a few places so on our next visit we planned to come over the weekend. Maxine was very accommodating in helping us extend our search, we looked everywhere from the French River, to Lively, Sudbury, Garson, Markstay-Warden we must have visited 8-10 houses over the weekend both Saturday and Sunday. We found a house we liked and by end of the day Sunday we made an offer. Maxine helped us get everything setup, she made it easy for us knowing we were coming from a distance, we did everything we could over the phone, email, and mail. She helped us work with our home inspector, she ensured we had everything we needed even the things we never thought of like emptying the septic tank, getting the water checked, getting pellet stove certified. We were moving from the city so some of these things we didn’t consider, she took care of us. Overall she made our transition as smooth as possible, at the end of the all we got the house we wanted and everything we needed, she got the keys for us, and even after moving in she continues to follow up with us seeing how were doing. Highly recommend this lady – you’ll be well looked after.
